Ian And Oli Return

I coached Oli and Ian back in July and they wanted to return to go over it all again and maybe push on a bit too. I worked on their mental game and gradually pushed them. It was awesome to see oli overcome his fears on the steep drop in!!

From Cardiff

Paul and His sons Zach and Dillon came across for a session with me after recommendations from his friends. He was worried about the how different in ability they were to each other but that was absolutely not an issue once I began. Footwork, positioning, looking and speed were all worked on and applied to the techniques I teach and BOOM!

They wanted to learn to jump but today was about so much more. I think i’ll let the pics and vids tell the story

Father And Son

John and his 13 yr old son Elliott came to me from Wales for a session following a recommendation from his friend. I broke their skills down and rebuilt them into more confident riders when faced with corners, drops, steeps and jumps. An awesome session it was!

David Uses His Gift Voucher

David was given a gift voucher for a private one to one skills session and today was the day. Already an experienced rider on technical singletrack he wanted to understand riding jumps and drops more and also berm riding.

I broke down his skills set and rebuilt his riding and also gave him a framework of things to ask himself when challenged by a feature on a trail.

Cracker of a day too!

Jump And Drops Public Session 21/10

The guys came to me wanting to understand what to do and why when riding jumps and drops. Public sessions are a great gateway for riders to be coached by me before deciding on private tuition. We started small and built up from there.

I’ll let the pics and videos tell the story of today.

Autumn Skills Session

Dan made the trip down to me from Stoke and wanted to get more confident jumping and riding overall. I had to work on his footwork and body positioning and adjusted his set up as per my YouTube videos. I worked on cornering, pumping, drops, steeps, jumps and a couple of gap jumps too!

Four Friends

Ian, Roger, Dave and Jon came to me via recommendation and they described their abilities as non existent. The skills check showed the missing skills and armed with that info, I proceeded to change how they thought about riding their bikes. We worked on cornering, linking sections together, riding obstacles, drops, jumps, steep drop offs and drops into corners too.

Another fantastic Friday.
