Todays session started with both skills checks, where i checked for a number of physical skills within the techniques that er would be using throughout the day. Any necassary corrections where made and worked on here before moving onto the trail. The next few hours were spent on the trail. We worked down section by section, putting to practice the skills we had previously worked on. We linked both bermed and flat corners, rode rock gardens, and absorbed our bikes through flyouts, steps and drop offs. Our session finished on the drop technique, where we applied the mental skills, and soon everyone was riding off a drop of their choice, and landing perfectly, some even feeling air for the first time.
