Shane wanted to understand what to do and why when jumping and also wanted his Partner Di to get some skills coaching from me to enhance her confidence on the trails and maybe get her wheels into the air. I worked on their foot and body positioning and showed them why it’s so important in their riding skills sets. From there the session took off literally. By the end of the session we’d ridden drops, jumps, steeps, corners and pumping and both were riding with more control and therefore speed too 🙂
