George came to me for coaching and is a beginner to mountain biking . He has tried riding his new bike a couple of times but was recommended me by a friend . I was able to use his muscle memory from various other sports he’d done before. George wanted to learn to jump but it wasn’t before his foot and body positioning got sorted was that going to happen. Drops, berms, drop offs, tabletop jumps and pumping were all covered throughout the session and it was awesome to spend time with such a nice dude.
