First i ran them through a skills check to see what skills i needed to add, when they demonstrated to me certain techniques. We moved on and worked on cornering. First using just the hill side, then moved over to the first half of the trail. Next we worked on drops. I gave them a mental skills set to go by, and they were soon riding perfectly off the larger one. After lunch, we split the second half of the trail in two, and worked on jumping, and droping into corners. I showed them steeper stuff, and how having the correct body position works when riding these. Our session ended on the pump and jump, where they where pumping and jumping through the sections, and linking it with the two corners that followed.
