All four riders turned up as arranged  and i began with my skills check and set up changes. I showed them why i made the changes and why i needed to work on their footwork, looking and body position in all techniques required in riding singletrack fluidly.
We worked onall types of corners, basic pumping, riding through rocks, drops, steps and drop offs. By the end of the session all riders were riding faster, smoother and wirh greater control than ever before.
