I coached Jim and Paul two years ago and they returned to work on their jumping for next years planned Alps trip and wanted to know how to gain height and distance when jumping. I isolated the physical skills set and then worked on the head game. I then built the session gradually, always checking the pace of the session was ok for them. What a session it was. Riding over obstacles, tabletops, gap jumps, drops to 5ft and smooth and fast cornering too.
