Mark crashed in Morzine badly in 2023 and needed a session with me to find out why his riding, particularly his jumping had gone awry. I could see immediately that he was protecting himself whilst riding and his positioning had suffered due to this. I build the session gradually and worked on his overall mental skills. By the end of the session, Mark was linking tabletop jumps to 19ft and linking multiple gap jumps including a lily pad too!
