Toni and her friend Carol are beginners at mountain biking and wanted coaching to feel more confident riding and get some flow in their trail riding. I was able to use their experiences in horse riding and skiing to enhance their learning and improve them quicker. I worked on foot and body positioning as well as looking so they could feel control when at speed. I worked with unweighting both front and rear wheel and they showed why this applied to mtbing. Cornering was something that really needed work and the application of their previous sports really made a difference to them too. By the end , they were smoothly riding down and trail with multiple sections including three berms and even started getting both wheels into the air.
