I coached Duncan 3yrs ago and today he came back with his riding buddy Dan. Duncan wanted to work on  his cornering and push his jumping further and Dan wanted to gain confidence and understanding of what he should be doing. I based this session on jumps and turns and linking them and I changed the context of application throughout the day. I needed to worked collectively on foot and body positioning and later worked on vision. I adjusted their set ups and they both felt the positive changes I made. The session went from strength to strength with table tops and gap jumps to 25ft among the highlights for them.
