Lisa’s Session

I have coached Lisa’s husband before and he bought her a gift voucher for a one to one session from me to build her confidence on her bike.

Lisa wanted to feel more control in corners and in her riding in general. I worked on the physical skills set and the mental skills too and the difference was huge by the end of the session.

Mike, Tony And Chris Pre Alps Session

Mike and the boys booked in to understand what they needed to do in their riding s and how it can help them on their annual Alps trip.

I broke down their skills sets and found Footwork and positioning needed work and Later, their Looking skills too.

Immediately, I adjusted their set ups and they felt the difference.

Drops suddenly felt simple, Riding over large obstacles and jumps became easy and cornering became faster too.

Paul’s 2nd E-bike Session

I first coached Paul last month and he returned to build on that session and to work on his jumping and flow.

I began gradually and built upon the previous session and worked on his mental skills set. He’d hoped to ride some more gap jumps and that wish was soon granted but the session was so much more! Steeps, linking drops into gaps and flowing through jumps and even beginning to tweak the bike mid air too.

I can’t wait to see him gain and push it on again.

It’s Not About The Bike

Alex and Tom ride an e-bike and standard bike respectively and wanted to share a private mountain bike skills coaching session with myself. I explained that their is no skills difference between either bike and that it is themselves that have the greatest effect.

They wanted to learn to get air and perhaps clear a tabletop but the session gave so much more.

Mick and Chester’s two to one session

Mick and Chester ski and snowboard together and wanted to come to me for mountain bike skills coaching to find out why their riding is a bit hit and miss. looking and positioning were worked on and it wasn’t long before they were riding smoother and faster and also with far more control in steeps, drops, jumps, corners and drop offs.

Edd’s one to one

Edd has been riding for 3 or so years and wanted to find  the why in his riding. He wanted to understand what is happening when it’s right or wrong on his mountain bike and I first had to discover his missing skills. Armed with this I worked on his positioning and footwork and then applied these to various sections of trail and trails.
