Andy wanted to over come his fear of jumping after a huge crash a while ago. I needed to work on his mental skills but not before correcting his overall positioning when riding his mountain bike. I began with drops and his new technique felt great to him immediately. From there we moved to a 7ft jump to landing and I broke down why and what to do and it wasn’t long before he sailed over it followed by a 7ft gap jump too. After a break, we moved to cornering, pumping and linking sections together and he was flying yet again. By the end of the session he even rode another gap jump of 9ft and an on/off gap feature too.
