Laurence has recently taken up mountain biking and wanted to develop a solid foundation in his riding. Today was all about body and foot positioning in all areas. I began with cornering and he could feel an immediate change in his control and speed. I then showed him drop offs and that really blew his mind as the control again felt solid. We then worked on drops and jumping too and by the end of the session he was linking everything togther too!
