Brian is coming back from an injury and wanted to session to regain lost confidence. I could see that he’d adopted a protective riding stance and that needed correcting before i could work on his mental skills set. I built up from drops to working on drop offs and onto cornering. I worked hard on his weaker side in turns and that really paid off in terms of flow and speed. In the afternoon we worked on pumping and jumping , before linking everything together.

Great session to begin my week of coaching.
