I coached Alex 8yrs ago and during that time he felt himself slip back into bad habits but he was unable to identify what was wrong. An email to me and we got a date sorted and when today arrived I began with changing the set up on his new bike to give him better control overall. I focussed on jumping and a bit of cornering with him, working on his looking and positioning. We worked on moving the bike in the air to give him something to do and stop a little bad habit creep back in. It worked!
