Greg races xc and wanted to stop losing time on his descents. He felt cornering was a weakness and the skills check confirmed this. I needed to work on his body and foot positioning and we applied the change to not only cornering , but drops, jumps and pumping too. I worked on line choice too throughout the session and Greg could really feel when it was right and wrong in any section as became more consciously aware of what he was doing. Brilliant session.
