Joe’s Session

Joe wanted to find the answer he always felt was just out of his grasp but that he was so close to. He came to me after reading recommendations and today was the day.

I deconstructed his riding and rebuilt it so he knew why it was right or wrong, he could feel it.

I worked on his physical and mental skills and we drew on his experiences from other sports. What a session!

Six Go Mad From Essex

Cath, Stuart, Mark, Adrian, James and Jackson made the trip to me after being recommended it from a rider at Hadleigh Olympic trails.

They wanted to push their riding on and understand what they were doing right or wrong. They all were at different levels in their riding but that made no difference.

I corrected their physical skills before applying the mental skill set to loads of different applications on trails. I think the pictures and videos tell the story better than I

Andrew And Simon’s Session

Andrew and Simon booked a private session wanting to work on all areas in their riding. I watched what they were doing physically during my skills check and armed with that info, I set to work.

dropping in

They wanted to work on jumping but it was cornering and steep terrain that really changed how they think about riding mountain bikes.

E-bike Skills Coaching

Paul contacted me after seeing my feedback on facebook and wanted to learn why he struggles to jump his Specialized Levo ebike. I explained it wasn’t the weight of the bike but the answer lay within a simple skill set.

Paul joins the air corps

I broke his skills set down and made some small adjustments and that made a huge difference. Everything then became easy for him.

Brighton Boys

I Have coached Tim previously and he returned with H and Chris for a session. They wanted to understand what to do and why in their riding and I set to work.

I worked on installing a simple skills set that really made a difference to their riding. Drops, gaps, pumping, riding obstacles, cornering and steeps were all on the menu and nailed.

Mike JP and Ad’s Fantastic Friday Skills Session

Mike and Ad came to me for coaching wanting to get away from the hang on and hope style of riding it sometimes felt like they did.

A warm day greeted us and I put them through my skills check and set up changes where I identify for them the areas that need work.I worked on footwork, looking and positioning in all areas of their riding and also worked hard on the mental skills too.

What a session it turned out to be. Drops, jumping tabletops, steeps, drop offs, pumping and linking jumps together , even a few gaps and a wall ride were thrown onto the mix.

Rob’s Bike Park Wales Prep Session

Rob has been riding for years but wanted to know why his confidence has gradually waned and why his cornering wasn’t on point. Also, why does he feel like he is just hanging on at trail centres like Bike Park Wales.

I ran him through a skills check to identify for both of us why it was going wrong and I rebuilt his riding from there.

Drops, jumps, pumping, wall rides, tabletops and berms were all ridden and linked together too after the all important demonstrations from me.

Great session
