An E-bike’s Session

Nigel and Grant ride e-bikes and wanted to learn to control them more in corners and also learn to do drops on them. I adjusted their set ups and made the necessary adjustments to their skills sets by working on positioning, footwork and looking. I think the pictures tell the story of the session better than I.

Ian And Mark Wanted To Learn To Jump

Among other techniques but on meeting, I explained the simple skill set I teach and it’s application.I corrected their missing skills and made some small adjustments to their set up (explained in my youtube vids )

Looking and positioning were paramount in needing work and also Marks’ footwork. Jumps, drops, berms, steeps, obstacles, pumping and gap jumps were all ridden and they both understood when it was right or wrong and why.

Lisa’s Session

I have coached Lisa’s husband before and he bought her a gift voucher for a one to one session from me to build her confidence on her bike.

Lisa wanted to feel more control in corners and in her riding in general. I worked on the physical skills set and the mental skills too and the difference was huge by the end of the session.

E-bike Skills Coaching

Paul contacted me after seeing my feedback on facebook and wanted to learn why he struggles to jump his Specialized Levo ebike. I explained it wasn’t the weight of the bike but the answer lay within a simple skill set.

Paul joins the air corps

I broke his skills set down and made some small adjustments and that made a huge difference. Everything then became easy for him.

Niall’s one to one pt 1

Niall was recommended my mountain bike skills coaching by his friend and mine Dims. He wanted to get to grips with riding a modern mountain bike after years of riding on the road.

The high winds meant we did a couple of hours and the next part will be on xmas eve.

I worked on his mental skills and applied his muscle memory from his other sports to this one and that all made it seem, well too easy.
